Shopping with Apex Technica

These terms apply to purchases from apextechnica.com. Apex Technica is your retailer and your contact for order support, including products fulfilled directly by suppliers through Shopify Collective.

Products, prices, and payment

Review the product description, selected variant, price, and availability before ordering. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Product availability can change; if we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled items.

Orders and cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Contact us promptly at hello@apextechnica.com to request a change or cancellation. Once a supplier begins processing or ships an item, we may be unable to change or cancel it; our return and refund policy then applies. If an incorrect price or product detail affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with any proposed change or cancel and refund the affected item.

Supplier fulfillment and shipping

Products may ship directly from one or more fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may arrive separately with separate tracking and delivery estimates. Shipping charges and availability depend on the items and destination. See our shipping policy. Apex Technica remains your contact for delivery problems.

Returns, refunds, and product issues

Our return and refund policy explains eligibility, instructions, costs, and refunds. Contact Apex Technica before returning a product so we can provide the correct return destination. Any manufacturer's warranty is separate from our return policy and applies only as described in the manufacturer's warranty terms. These policies do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled, including information used to process and fulfill orders.
